Sports keep us physically fit, reducing health-related problems. Kids can play indoor or outdoor sports; both have an influential role in their lives. Playing games makes us physically and mentally active.

Sports and games provide numerous benefits for students, such as physical fitness, improved mental health, better academic performance, improved self-esteem and social skills, and more. By getting involved in sports, children learn the importance of teamwork, hard work, and self-discipline.

Adarsh Public School students participated in Seiko Kai Karate International belt grading exam held at Bemetara which was organised by Zila karate Sangh Bemetara.

Today All students who participated in Belt grading competition held at Bemetara received Yellow belt along with Certificate,

Imagination is the highest kite that can fly”.🪂Just the idea of a kite brings a smile to our children’s face and ideas into their head as they think about the fun they will have as they create their own flying object and then take it outside to fly.

Our tiny tots participated in the ‘Kite Making Activity’ with full zeal and fervor. It was a wonderful opportunity for the students to showcase their creativity. On the whole, the activity was full of colours

Such activities inculcate a feeling of positivity and happiness in our children.

Sports Meet is a perfect time to get the whole school involved in a sporting fun days and raise the profile of sports. With huge sporting events, Sports Meet is a fantastic platform for students to engage and experience sport like never before.From today we started our first three days sports⚽🏀🏈⚾

The Meet began with lighting torch and march past followed with Principals speech.

During the whole Meet, students will indulge in the plethora of activities namely Sack race, Lemon Spoon Race, Relay race, , Frog jump, Book Balancing, Pack your Bag, Badminton ,Carrom, Chess, Kho kho,Kabaddi and many more. Sports and games in school empower youth, promote high self esteem, bring about motivation and give participants unbelievable and life-altering opportunities.
